Tasks of the Registration Department:

It is one of the most important administrative departments in the college, responsible for the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, the Registration Director, and the department’s employees. The work in this department starts from the acceptance of the student at the college until their graduation. This includes receiving students after forming committees for both morning and evening studies, preparing suitable conditions in terms of location, material resources, and human resources, providing informative signs and a map to facilitate the students’ transition from the student reception hall to the Accounts, Legal, Registration, and Scientific Department to complete the necessary procedures.

Supplying students at all stages with continuation approval books based on their request, monitoring students’ absences, responding to the Ministry’s internal and external mail, completing student transfer transactions to and from other universities, sending their files with grades, completing the transfer of students’ grades at all stages to the files, providing graduates with graduation approvals in addition to the authenticated documents from the university presidency in Arabic and English, verifying the accuracy of the issuance of those documents and approvals, and providing the student with the wall certificate.
